graphix software?

I own my own cutter and vinyl and clip art here at home does anyone know of any program or software to do my own graphix and that has a picture of a bare sided latemodel that I could place different clip-art on the sides, quarters and nose ect. Just so that I can view what would look best on my late model before I print the graphix. Thanks
