Need help with spring set up for 2010 mastersbilt crate late model with afco shocks 21 series??

We have a 2010 Gen-X crate with 500 Lf, 350 RF and a pair of 225's on the rear, but we run olihns shocks. Works pretty good for us on a 3/8 mile medium banked track.

For a smack, I would start LF500, RF400 and 225s on the back.
