crate fuel opinion

What is everyones opinion on useing AV gas in a 604 crate? Pros and cons? Just bought a crate going to be running one for the first time next year. And just worndering what the best fuel would be

AV gas is a very stable and consistant fuel-----it does not make the power of the oygenated crate fuels however power does not always win the races

and as you said this will be your first year in crates so a little learning curve is expected

oxygenated crate fuels have many cons and AV gas really only has one down side and that it will be down approximatley 3 to 4% on power over crate fuels

have your carb calibrated specifically for AV gas and you will be fine

Do i run the av gas straight or mix it. Ive ran av gas before in my regular motor and was told to mix it and i did. Also regular race fuel would also be safe to run?
