stuck clutch pedal

I have a freshly rebuilt falcon after being in the car for a couple of months I tried to move the car and the clutch pedal will not depress I think it might be the master cylinder but would like to have some feed back before tearing in to it

Disconnect the line from the master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder. Isolate the problem.
