Same motor different car we have changed almost everything possible , carb,msd,coil, valve springs had motor out and to dyno , read end out. Any thoughts ?

Take a deep breath and describe your problem more concisely and you will get logical deductions from the think tank.

Make sure you have a good ground connection on the box and coil....
