Thanks I'll check into those. Running a Pro-Cam brand now and it's like at the end of the straightaways it starts stumbling. Sometimes for a long time. Last time it did it I noticed pressure had dropped out on gauge. But then after turn it usually picks back up and runs fine until the end of the next straightaway. Anyone ever experienced this?

If the wallet will permit---for us at race-1 there is only 1 pump to use---and that is the CV billet
they do sting the budget a bit and that is why somethimes we will use the Baker (pro Cam) pump but we consider that to be a 1 year pump
we were not happy with the race pump years ago but I am sure they have made some improvements and we are seriously looking at doing some testing with them again-----I am curious to hear any comments about the piston style race pump
still can't go wrong with CV billet

sorry racefan45 I missed the question
we use cv2508 pumps and usually a bypass regulator ---Aeromotive 13301
the stuff is a little pricey but add up the cost of a blown night at the races because of a pump and regulator that would not act properly and its really a deal
