Gen-x crate

2010 gen-x 604 crate. Car is great on entry and exit just has no speed, put 2 new rear tires on for 20 lap feature, tires didn't scuff or build any heat. Anybody have any suggestions? LF 450 RF 325 on bump, RR 250, LR 200, 5th coil 300 all the way back, 54 left, 52.5 rear, j-bar 8 1/2 frame, center of pinion, 40 lbs bite.

What does not speed entail spinning or just bogged down with too much traction
