^^^ LR 500? I believe Ince is selling his jig/s on Racingjunk.
I assume among other changes with a heavier RR, there would at least be an accompanying change in the angle of the RRU link (lower it) to reduce birdcage indexing? It seems like the majority of the faster cars around my area don't have too much angle in their RRU link.

James sold out a long time ago and think it went thru several owners since then, so no idea on if the jig is remotely anything close to what James had at the time he was running it.

Would the stiff r/r be used for a slick track or would it be used all the time?When we had a 10'' spoiler and 700hp motors I experimented with stiff r/r,It had some problems but would work.I came to the conclusion that there is more than one motion ratio for a spring mounting point.I'm not good enough at typing to explain that lol.We when a different direction but a bump stop set up might solve several problems.

I know you've done a lot of work on Rayburns, but I'm curious if you ever tried any of this new stuff with bumps and what not with a swing arm car... You ever run a j-bar on a swing arm? If so, what length? I'm sure you've noticed I like swing arm cars. No bumps on a swingarm/swingarm. Have on a car with 4 link lr/swing arm RR. Have run j bar. Don't remember length. Actually preferred running it to the right side of chassis. I personally don't like the big rr split with the massive rr spring. Seems like its lazy on throttle on entry and it seems skatey coming off like it wants to jump up a lane or two. Although this year I did try a 125-500 progressive rate spring from swift and it was pretty darn nice JMO. But giving the big split and large rr spring a fair chance I probably did not adjust to make those changes really work I just stuck a 300 pound spring on with a 200 LR and let it go, again it felt skatey.

so would a stack be good idea to get the proper compression and body roll then transition into the stiffer rate for better load?
