Rocket four bar brackets

I'm updating an older rocket blue front end car for my nephew from the 5/8th's bar holes to the 1/2 inch newer ones. My question is a buddy of mine has a set that has "rocket" cut out but it's not the same design as my 16' blue car has, can someone tell me what years they would have came on?

Inam pretty sure the ones with Rocket in them are the " Rocket 1" brackets
