Not 100% sure what your asking but they been around for a year or more now, just keeps the cage from overcentering and stopping lift.

^^allows it to index less per amount of suspension drop. Most of the XR1s Ive seen have the bars in the standard holes. And no one speaks to kindly of the time they tried moving them from standard.. lol

they do sell them. I just bought one from rocket. it was about $400.00 delivered. I haven't tried it yet but I cant see it making a tremendous difference.
