Inner Axle Seal P/N?

I have a Frankland Rear end and I am having trouble with the left rear hub filling with oil. I am going to replace the inner axle tube seal. I know these are available thru Frankland and various suppliers but would this seal available at local parts stores? Does anyone know a part number to reference?

I have found that a guy can get anything he needs from a local bearing supply company. All you need are the dimensions of the seal.
