    Which way does the bend face on the RF tie rod?

    Down to give it more clearance so it doesn't hit main frame rail.

    Sorry, just figured out you probably mean inboard or outboard. Memory bad (drawing a blank) now but thinking short side/bend to rack or inboard.

      I'm hearing bend towards spindle if running narrow and towards rack if running wide?

        Bend goes to the rack side and it is not for frame clearance, it is to keep the rack side heim on the non-slotted racks from binding up when you plant the nose.
        A droop rule is like infield tractor tires, everyone knows it's stupid, but they still keep doing it.
