Wilwood Hub races

Probably a dumb question but I just bought wheel bearing sets and they came with new races to put in the hubs. How do you get the old ones out of a Wilwood hub? Do they even come out? I beat on one for a while last night with no movement so I gave up because I didn't want to break the hub.

put it in your BBQ grill and heat it up they will fall out. clean out the grease first

Weld a bead around the inside face of the race. It will shrink and fall out.
