No balancing. Many check there wheels for runout(bent) but that is about it

Yes, just the stick/adhesive on weights.

Since the balancing beads are popular now on semi tires, why not on race tires!

Theyre even using them on passenger tires where the bigger wheels are giving balancing problems.
