    Front bumper width?

I need to build a new front bumper for my Mastersbilt... mine is toast. It's also older.

How wide are the new style bumpers? My old one is 62".

wider than the max track width in rulebook.
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

Best thing would be to assemble the center section of a new nose and trace it on the floor. And build to that.

The 1.5" lower bent bar the nose attaches to is approximately 72" wide out side to outside

I've seen those.... I don't have a problem with door openings on my trailer.

Tracing the nose on the floor is a good idea. I might leak out and buy one to use as a template and build an extra right away.

I start with a 72 in piece of tubing then bend I got tired of bending the ends from contact so I make last bend on rf corner replaceable with a piece of 1.25 tube welded in piece of 1.50 tube slip in bumper drill hole thru both pieces bolt together your done it you bend tip just bolt in new end .Works great for us guys who can't go pay 100$+ for a new one on yes when you get it like you want make a jig to build them in .

yes it will. may need to weld on a new spud on RF to accept it.
little bit different in width, but not much
Blue/grey bumper comes straight out from chassis on right side
Masters bumper has a bend and turns town
                  that's the biggest difference

Thanks for your info... might find a used Rocket bumper and play with that.
