    Non bearing birdcage maintenance

Rookie here. Starting with some older PPM non bearing bird cages. My question is what kind of grease to put in them and how much? I’ve read here that too much grease can cause a bind when they heat up.
    Thank you

I like a molly based grease. The most important thing is to keep them clean and free. Not to sure about the too much grease binding them part. It will attract more dirt and that in turn binds them but i don't know otherwise
