Liquid gain works awesome for releasing the mud and stains. Run it through my pressure washer.

Some of the side by side guys turned me on to ZEP 505 and liquid tide mix a few years back. One cup of 505 and tide per gallon of water. Let it set then hit it with the pressure washer and the mud falls off.
