Vinyl Tarp Under Deck

Where do I find the vinyl like tarp that you can put under your deck panels to keep mud from sticking so bad?

Rocket uses banner material. I don't know who they get it from but I have checked with local vendors in my area and black banner material is unheard of these days. I use tarps from tractor supply. Works just fine and is cheap enough

I used plain white banner material a few years ago, held up well for several years.

I had toyed with the idea, and the hope of enough time, to design a banner on one of them online cheap sites, could add something fun under there, or some sponsor logos.

Not sure if the ink would affect how it works, can't imagine it would much...
