Differences in Chassis

I'd like to know is what are the key differences between chassis brands. What are the common differences and what really separates the different brands?

There are a few different layouts as far as distance between lower control arm pickups. Small spindle differences. 4 link bar length differences. General chassis construction differences as far as frame rail and support tubing shapes and whatnot.
