When going from a .235 Sweet servo to a .220, what difference would a driver feel?

Slower or faster steering?
Freer or stiffer steering?
Not much of a change?

We won the super feature last time out, but noticed the rack was in bad shape. Don’t trust the servo either. So, hoping not much will be noticeable.

The speed is in the rack and pinion ratio. The number you are referring to describes the assist from the servo. A bigger number requires more effort to steer the wheels, but greater feedback. That is because the .235 describes the thickness of the torsion bar in the servo.

As masters said, you are just gonna have more power steering with the .220 then you had with the .235
