    Suspension Fluid Help Needed

Am rebuilding some shocks at the moment and trying to get some information about what most people are using for oil, weights etc. I don't have a local supply for afco oil, reline or amsoil, but i can get 'specialist suspension fluid' that has a viscosity of around 20cst@40c and a viscosity index of 340. I am thinking this is going to be to light?

Also does anyone know what temperature on average the shocks run at?

You can buy shock oil from Integra, Penske, Bilstein and RE suspension.
