Home Depot has light sticks.

Look up traffic wands on the net. I got mine from a company called Hansen Fire and Safety. They are on the net as well. Like $30 a piece or something like that. Hope this helps.

I doubt most any of the teams bought theirs. 2.5 pvc 18" long with 12" fluorescent vinyl. Or that's how I made mine.
