Try a water seperater for a boat. Use an extra electric fuel pump to filter fuel. Than put back in tank. It should work.

The only way to accurately test your fuel would be to find someone that has a hydrometer.

Any water in your fuel will settle to the bottom of your cell.. shake or stir your cell so the fuel is mixed up well. Then siphon some fuel out to fill up an empty clear pop bottle half way. pour in a few ounces of alcohol and shake. The alcohol will absorb the water and settle to the bottom. You will clearly see if theres water in your fuel.
