Can someone please explain to me how much difference there is between a crate shock/spring package vs a super package? Actual numbers would be helpful. Doesn't have to be your specific numbers, but maybe the baseline from a particular mfg on each. I would really appreciate the insight. And also, how feasible would it be to have one set of shocks/springs to run both 604 and Super? I know probably not feasible to run 602 setup with anything else due to the restrictions on the shocks in that class.

Theirs no standard crate is heavier so it effects your ride height numbers if they matter in your class (deck height). From my experience you run softer at full travel on the rf with the crate because of the reduced corner entry speed but that's not necessarily always true either. We have run the same spring/ shock combo with a crate and a super with success but not the same loads.

My experience is similar. You don't need a different set of shocks. Just some small load tweaks and might be a little different on shock settings.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

I ran the same shock/spring package designed for my open car on my crate car as well. The cars were xr1's. One was a 2018 and the other a 2019. I really had to free the crate car up when there was moisture in the track, but when it got slick it was pretty much the same.
