Been seeing these air jacks with 2 arms for frame or bumper for sale lot lately. Whats scoop, why people getting rid of? I know the old steel ones were trailer jacks and handy. This just looks lighter and revised version. I'm not personally fan of car lifts as they take up center of car but like anything else have their place. Soooo, what's scoop on these aluminum air lifts?

Nothing new their pretty much all that is used in the big block modified world. It really comes down to what and how you work on the car through out the night. For a dirt latemodel it's hard to beat a drive over pit lift. Other than changing a transmission it gives you access to Everything faster than just about anything else.

It does not require crew. if you have no help then your pulling into your trailer vs backing in so you just pull up over the lift. Or do as many do and slide it under after you've parked and gotten out. But as i stated on the first response it comes down to how you work on your car and every person i know working on a latemodel works on 3 corners alot so jacking up just the back of the car is of little use and if i gotta still put a jack under the front how much effort and time am i really saving. This is why you don't see them in the latemodel world
