Springs?????

If running a steel block open motor with tank and lines vs a crate 604 on the same track would you run the same springs, if you have basically the same weights?

What about progressive springs on a 5th coil? Anyone running one of these?

i would stick with the springs you have on it to start. see what changes then you can make a determination from there. as far as the progressive on the 5th coil. we ran one when we first started and had a shock go bad between heat and feature and we just swapped in a 300# spring on a 1373 afco shock and never went back. didnt notice much of a difference honestly.
