??? Double adjustable afco twin tube shocks

Went to afco site diagram shows u how many clicks to get ur comp.,rebound...there are a plus and neg sign,do u go fully neg and then go ur clicks??? or the other way?? im lost on this??? Thanx

clear + (clockwise) is 0 = full closed (stiffest). the numbers equal how many clicks - (counterclockwise) you go to soften rebound or compression.
