lr hub drive flange

it seems every week my bolts holding the drive flange to the hub come loose.What is causing this?axle length,axle spacing off?This is a brand new hub with new bolts and lock washers all threads are in great shape.

we had a similar problem. we just put some blue loctite on them and they are fine.

Ours are safety wired. What are you torquing them to?
Wilwood calls for 42 ft/lbs.

Maybe a bent axle housing

We had the same issue a couple of years back. I ended up doing what was mentioned above and blue loctited them. No problems since.
