You will lose rollsteer and gain dynamic wheel rate. It will tighten entry and exit is a bit tougher to predict. It depends on a lot of things. Angle before and after, track shape, how much you shorten it, etc.

if both bars (long and short) are running up hill at the front say 5 degrees, wouldnt the shorter bar create more rollsteer?
