    LM vs. e mod tire?

I'm curious of what tire people are getting more nights out of? I race crate late models now but I'm thinking of going modified racing again but couldn't remember how many nights we could get out of the e mods. Thanks

Depends on the track surface. I ran a track this season and the Spec tire was AR's SD48's. Fronts look great but the rears lasted about 5 races, and they were bald! Running a new track now that has an open tire rule and they are getting multiple seasons out of Hoosier 1200's! They flatten a tire before they wear it out. All about the track surface.

Most handling problems can be solved by adjusting the screw-ball. It can be difficult to fine tune at times. Explaining yourself loudly and striking it on top of the helmet with a dead blow hammer usually works well.
