Wheel differences?

What is the difference between the Weld 5 XL and the HS wheel, or is there a difference?

XL is extra light and HS is high strength, everyone uses the XL's as a general statement.

Also, the XLs have 3 sets of holes (HSs have 2 sets) so they are easier/quicker to get off and on and if rag out a hole you've got 2 lives left instead of 1. Food for thought.
