    D15/D11 tires

    So, how bad are these tires in comparison to what is out there now..in particular, in comparison to American Racer SD 44...(We have to run 44 or harder, or 1300 Hoosier or harder, which the D15/D11 match up to).

    If I can get the D15 new for about half the price of the 44s, am I going to be spinning my tires (literally and figuratively) in comparison to everyone else? I'm a midpack guy not really out to win anything major yet...

      D-15 rubber is a natural rubber tire good at places that have no abrasion early on stages when is muddy. Guess it would really depend on the racing surface you race at. Are they spec or economy tires? If it is a economy D-15 that is a really old tire to my knowledge they stopped making them years ago. Probably wouldnt be worth it if that was the case. good luck

          They are the spec tires, not the old economy tires...
