Hey guys Im looking into buying a neck restraint for the 2012 season and I was wondering what alot of people were using and the pros and cons to each system you anyone has any. Any help or info would be great thanks.

I use a HANS. You really can't get the straps too tight because that hans will push down on your shoulders, makes it harder to be relaxed and drive. Can't turn your head too much as well, but I've always worn a Hans since I've been in cars and I'm sure it feels better when you're in a wreck with a Hans since your head is pretty stable. I've had my head jerked around, but it does not ever get sore or anything like that.
