Mastersbilt Front Ride Height

Got the old 04 Mastersbilt 5010 Smackdown. I understand that the standard spindles (not S7) are different depending on color. Red ones are 6 degrees, and black ones are 7 degrees. Does this affect ride heights or do I go with what is listed on the setup sheet on their website, which is either 3 3/4" or 3 7/8"?
