spacer to use on a rocket blue-grey

what size spacers go where on a rocket blue-grey? for under the tie rods for lf and rf and spacers on the lower control arms? for lf and rf?

On my 2010 I was told a .200 on the right side between the heim and spindle and a .600 on the left side between the heim and rack. Also use a .500 on the right front strut between the heim and frame.
