Integra shocks?

I was curious on what people's opinion is on going through integra/port city themselves? Instead of going through a shock consultant. Are you getting as good of info/product or are you just getting stuff they need to get off the shelf? Talking about there IDA late model series shocks.

My integra shocks came directly from them and were freshened etc.. from them. They are able to customize needs I would never hesitate to get anything from them they have to know the product better than most. Overall they are the best set of shocks I have ever used.
