rod end question

How much is the minimum misalignment should be allowed for rod end movement, have found some heavy duty ones that have lower misalignment just do not want to cause other problems, this is for a rocket four link car, on the four links

I would pick a rod end with the most allowable misalignment. You don't need to run heavy duty rod ends.
