    Brodix spec head

Trying to find out which intake is best for brodix spec head . We run the national late model series and have been running the hv 1000 brodix and was wondering if anybody knew of one any better.

The Edelbrock 2925 is better if you are allowed to use one.Brodix makes several spec heads. The SUPR spec rules do not allow anything but the hv1000.

According to the 2012 NLMS rules you can run any aluminum or cast iron single plane intake. Take perfconn's advice or whoever your engine builder might be.

I run the 2925 manifold, and run NLMS rules as well. Now I just need to save up the money for those Brodix heads haha.

Most handling problems can be solved by adjusting the screw-ball. It can be difficult to fine tune at times. Explaining yourself loudly and striking it on top of the helmet with a dead blow hammer usually works well.
