Just switched from old liner cages to bearing cages should my bars be straight forward to the bracket or have an angle to them?

My old liner cages let me float the LR or RR brake but the bearing GRT cages i picked up a few days ago have no way to float the brakes so is this something that GRT has done away with since 2002? Or is there something i am missing? -
They make a separate floater for your brakes if you want to float them...The GRT bearing cages we have are not set up for floaters either...Comment
