    car pushes on the throttle

I have an 02 black front rocket and it has a push when I get back to the throttle. How do I loosen it up when I'm on the throttle. Thank you.

Without knowing the rest of your setup and track condition, as a general rule you can move your right top bar up, lower wedge, increase stagger, shock adjustments etc, the most effective being the right top rod up, especially when it's tacky. It really just depends on your situation. my 2 cents.
