    J-bar question

I am running a GRT chassis and the car handles pretty well. But my question is this, The car has a 25 inch jar on it , What does the longer J-bar do for the car ? What is the advantage over a shorter J-bar, The long bar was on the car when I purchased it.. Thanks

shorter bar will have a more dramatic effect. roll over easier, react faster. Longer bar keeps the car from being erratic on and off throttle (in traffic, etc).

Depending how you mount it a longer bar it can tighten entry, if mouted further to right @ pinion then it will tighten entry more.

        j-bar

Thanks for info, The bar is mounted about 1 inch below the center of the pinion and on a std j-bar mount, it is mountedon the frame 8 " inchs up for the bottom of the frame and to the outside of the frame mount. and as your info said the car is very smooth and controlable , and has good side bite,
