Finding setup sheets for an O2 Rocket?

Wondering where I can find the baseline setup info for this car? A guy let me run his Rocket last night and it was way too tight. I got it loosened up some and the car was better. But I've never ran or setup a Rocket before and want to put it back to the base setup (or close) for a show in another 2 weeks. Thanks!

No, its a full open Late model Jed
