Short RR bar

Yes, I did search for this topic, and found not a whole lot that helped me definitively...

my chassis has only two options for RRL bar..they are on the same level vertically..one for standard 15.5" bar..one for 12.5" bar...

I'm not a good trail braker yet, track that slicks off..what effect does the shorter bar have?

A. causes cage to rotate sooner into spring, loosening entry/middle?

B. Tightens car overall?

(I know many of you probably just say to me "Just try these things and see what happens", but I like to have a sense of what "should happen" before trying..)

Does your birdcages have mulitible holes on the bottom or 1 this also can help with tuning ours had three holes on the bottom side.
