The reason i ask we have a clements engines and they want us to throe our square tank away and get round tanks not sure the reason we have a mct tank in our car and itt is not baffled properly and spit oil from the breather all over so we cant fill the tank to the window

When they start making square toilets I might consider a square tank. Until then, I will stick with round.

I do not agree on the skinny part as you would want the most surface area available to allow trapped air out. A skinny tank would allow air to be pushed down as more oil comes into the tank. This is why Nascar uses tanks that are about 18 inches in diameter.Originally posted by FlatTire View PostRound tanks help de-aerate the oil better than square tanks.
