Sb chevy engine weight?

Bowtie block with aluminum heads,aluminum drysump oilpan.Any idea what it might weigh?

My SBC 350 with stock GM block, steel heads and champ style wet sump steel pan weighs right at about 500#. So yours would be lighter I'm sure.

My heads are ~50# each so there's 100# of the 500.

Had a spec motor with that same stuff that weighed 423#

I think that bowtie block is about 40lbs heavier than a stock GM block.

Little M block, 40 pound crank, All pro 23 degree alum heads.. aluminum dry sump pan.. 458 pounds.....
