    wheel weight numbers

New to late models, been running outlaw modifieds for 11 years. I was wondering what where common front wheel weight numbers on a late model. Just curious to see the difference from modifieds and late models.

I have always tried to keep the front the same. Actually I like the two front and the right rear to all be real close. but that is just me. May not be the best for you or your track, but a starting point!

Don't have my book with me but seems like it was like 525 or a few pounds from that. If you get the weight on the three wheels about the same your %'s will be the same. We ran 55% left, 55% Rear and 55% cross. Car had about 150 # bite in the left rear. Worked good for us. We tried several others but always seemed to come back to those numbers. Weights included the driver and 20 gal of fuel. Also we had about 150 # of lead in the car.
