S-7 mastersbilt front suspension

What are the proper length upper and lower control arms when using the s-7 mastersbilt spindles. There set up sheet say LF 16 3/4 w/10 1/2 upper RF 18 3/4 w/8 1/2 upper......however I have been told to use a 17 5/8 LF and 19 RF.....?????? ideas comments.....

17 5/8 and 19" are for a GENX car, 16 5/8 left side, 18 5/8 right, 10 1/2 left upper, 8 1/2 right upper.
