Which GoPro?

Which of these two GoPro's would you pick? I have the old Hero HD model and looking to upgrade.

The black has a little better lens and shoots up to 4k resolution. If you have the extra $100 you might get a little better picture with the better lens, but I don't see a situation where you'd be shooting over the 1080p resolution that the silver provides. Most PCs don't have the power to edit 4k video effectively anyway. If it were me I'd grab the silver and spend the extra $100 on a new RR.

It's a better camera that will function better in low light conditions such as on a race car. If your upgrading I don't see the point in not buying the best available

The same reason people buy Hondas instead of Ferraris. All depends on how much that extra $100 means to him.

The guy was looking to upgrade his current hd camera , if a hundred dollars was a big deal to him he would keep the current camera and save the money. And believe it or not there are morons in this country who have Ferrari money but buy a volt to " save the plant " we refer to that species of moron as " liberals " or democrats for the uninformed voters out there

It's not so much the money that's the concern as getting bang for my buck.
