We havent ran the WRS in a while, but I know the 56 is a good tire. It usually fires up quicker than the 55s and last longer.

md 56 is an open tire the wrs is a spec tire. the md56 is wider has more natural rubber and as stated before typically fires quicker. it also does not seal up as easy as the wrs.

2 years ago we had the same choice and we put on a set of 3 year old md 56 tires rather than new wrs tires. they were hard because of the age but when they fired up it was night and day difference.

now a lm 40 or 1600 (1640) or hoosier LO 5 vs the 56 is a toss up.
