Quick fuel and Proform metering block??

I run a 750 holley double pumper on a steel head limited motor. I have replaced the main body with a proform with air bleeds. We havent had any carb related problems but I know we are not up to par on the carb. We really dont have the 1k to spend to send the carb off. Has anyone ever used the quick fuel or proform billet metering blocks and if so what is your opinion.
